Orders are processed within 24 hours of your cart check out. After 24 hours, you cannot cancel an order. Once your order arrives to you, you may ship it back for a refund of the sale price. If your item arrives to you damaged or in a condition that is less than satisfactory, please take 4 pictures of the different sides of your piece and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you have 48 hours from delivery to report damage. We must be able to see the damage. Upon approval, our team will send a return label and upon arrival, we will issue a refund if we can determine that damage occured before delivery to you otherwise an art credit will be issued that you can apply toward another piece of art.
